We reimagined this 1920s Tudor home for a young family of four — and their dog, Scout — blending timeless architecture with modern livability. Designed over several years, the project evolved from a guest casita into a full-scale remodel that honors the home’s history while embracing a fresh, family-focused perspective.
Natural materials, restored details, and intentional contrasts define the interiors — from the original stone fireplace and leaded glass windows to reimagined heirloom pieces and a hidden speakeasy bar. The result is a home that feels storied yet effortless, rooted in history but made for the way families live today.
