SAN FRANCISCO, CA

A bird’s-eye view in color and craft.

This bathroom design takes on an organic modern aesthetic, harmonizing with the sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay. Textural elements and tone-on-tone hues create a serene ambiance, while subtle repeating patterns add depth and intrigue. Sustainability guided each decision — from repurposing the existing vanity with a deep teal-gray vinyl coating (typically used for vehicle wraps) to the considered use of materials that honor both form and function. Departing from convention, Kendra incorporated thick grout joints in a rich brick-red tone to frame pale pink ceramic tiles from Da Vinci Marble. The result is a space that celebrates the unexpected — a study in color, texture, and restraint that quietly nods to NDG’s own brand palette of gray-teal and soft pinks.
